Daneille Callow
PCI
Hi! I’m Daneille Callow! I am currently pursuing my master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Denver Seminary. I received my BA in Social Science from Trinity International University and realized that my heart was to help those around me find health and healing through counseling. I spent ten of my growing up years living in Germany, which gave me a love for people from different cultures and walks of life. I have lived in many places over the years and have experienced the challenges of starting over in new places. Through these transitions, I have learned that no matter the differences people may have, each person shares the innate need for connection and a sense of belonging. I believe in empowering you with tools and resources while also honoring that you are the expert of your own life.
aCHIEVE THE LIFE YOU WANT
Society puts so much pressure on us to “have it all together.” This pressure can cause anxiety, depression, perfectionism, body image issues, and more. I work with teens and adults to help address these challenges. The truth is that we do not have to live in the constant cycle of comparison and shame. Through the counseling process, we can address the beliefs you are carrying and ways to help you find freedom from anything that is holding you back from the life you want to live. I hope to co-create a space of curiosity and compassion for yourself, no matter where you are in life. I believe each person can find healing from their pain, and I hope to be a support to you in this process of self-discovery.
Become Empowered
As a Third Culture Kid, I have experienced all that comes with growing up cross-culturally and living in a constant state of transition. Change is inevitable and can bring wonderful joys, but it can also leave us feeling unsettled, lonely, or lacking belonging. Whether it is a change in location, family structure, or simply growing up and getting older, it can be difficult to adjust to new seasons of life. I believe that no one should walk that journey alone. Whether you are interested in exploring your values, processing your experiences, or grieving a loss, we can work together to help you feel empowered in the midst of hard seasons.

How I Help
I take an integrative approach to therapy and utilize techniques from various modalities, including Family Systems, Mindfulness, Attachment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to support clients through their counseling experience. I recognize that each person comes to therapy with different needs and desires, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to each person based on their unique situation. I believe that success in therapy requires collaboration between client and therapist, and my goal is to co-create a kind and authentic space for you to process your story and find healing.
About Me
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, gardening, enjoying a good cup of coffee with friends, and spending time with my husband and our rescue dog. I love living in Colorado and try to spend as much time outside as possible exploring our state’s beauty.
